Return & Exchange Policy

Dear Customer, We would like to inform you that the return or exchange of any product is acceptable in accordance with Alessa return and exchange policy. Also, we will be happy to meet your wishes in Alessa, please see our exchange policy and return.

Return, Exchange, Refund

If you are dissatisfied with the product or if there is a defect in the product, you could within (3) days of receipt of the product, you may request a "Return of Payments / Product Request" to return the product to Alessa Showroom or arrange for pickup.

1-  If the product is returned due to a defect in the product or a defect from the manufacturer or as a result of damage during the delivery of the product or due to incorrect or incorrect product delivery, no additional charges will be charged for the shipping service or bank transfer charges or Cash on Delivery fee (charges apply). In case of return for other reasons, (Customer need to change the product or change customer's desire in general) will be charged shipping charges or bank transfer fee or Cash on Delivery fee (charges apply) on the customer.

3-  When preparing for product return, the product must be in its original state with full accessories and an accessory instruction manual. We do not accept the return of products containing scratches or have been damaged due to misuse or failure due to the use of a non-identical volt. We have the right to agree to accept the return of products that do not meet the above criteria.

Order Cancelation

Canceling the order by Alessa: Alessa has the right to cancel the order for any of the following reasons:

Refusal/Decline of the Payment Process

In case the payment is not processed through SADAD payment system, Credit Card, or in the case of client failed to make the payment.

If the delivery address given by the customer was incorrect, the contact information was incorrect or in cases of the customer is not reachable.

The consumer has the right to rearrange the delivery date and location for only one time. However, the lack of the client’s attendance may result to order cancellation.

Canceling the Order by the Client:

In order to continue the process of canceling the order, the customer must contact Alessa Customer Care first. The consumer may cancel the order for any of the following reasons:

If your order has not been delivered or shipped to the consumer. In case of order cancellation after shipment or delivering the order to you, Alessa has the full right to match the time in which your order is shipped with the time in which you sent the cancellation request.

We cannot accept or process any cancellation request once the product has been dispatched.
